Kellie Willie | RN & Exercise Physiologist
Kellie is a Registered Nurse, who works in Labour & Delivery and Perinatal. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and specializes in pre- and post-natal fitness! Kellie, her husband, and their young daughter enjoy being active as a family - running, hiking, working out, practicing yoga, skiing, and biking. Kellie’s passion for prenatal exercise increased during her own pregnancy, as she enjoyed being physically active right up until the day her baby was born. Her recovery from caesarean birth was comfortable, thanks to her prenatal workouts, and she was back into her fitness routine quickly! Kellie strives to inspire others to make their health a priority and enjoy the journey towards the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
Leah Cadieux | Registered Lactation Consultant
Leah is a Registered Lactation Consultant (RLC, IBCLC, B.A.) working in private practice in Edmonton and surrounding area. Her passion is to support parents to reach their breastfeeding goals, prenatally or during any part of the post-partum period. Partnering with parents, she takes the time to listen fully to your journey and provide education, information and support for your unique parent-child relationship. Aside from being a RLC, IBCLC, she is a recipient of the MILLC scholarship and hold a B.A. in psychology, focusing in early childhood development. She is a wife and mother of three amazing kiddos, runner, triathlete, yogi, reader and traveler.

Laura Adam | Registered Dietitian
Laura Adam is a Registered Dietitian and currently a Masters student studying maternal health at the University of Alberta. Laura enjoys cooking, baking, curling, skiing, skating, running, practicing yoga and eating delicious food of course! She works with pregnant mothers on a daily basis and enjoys simplifying the complex world of nutrition! Pregnancy can be a challenging time with food cravings and aversions; however, Laura strives to help each women find simple solutions that work within their own lifestyle. Pregnant mothers want to do all the right things to have a healthy baby and she wants to best guide and support them through this journey towards their best health.
- Seminar will take place at the Whitemud Creek Hall (951 Ogilvie Road) from 8am - 5pm with an hour break for lunch
- $45 for a full day
- $35 for a half day (specify morning prenatal session or afternoon postnatal session upon registering)
